1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only products in their original condition, with all tags attached, and unused/unwashed, are eligible for a return.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact customer support immediately with photos as proof.
  • Returns for defective items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged or a full refund will be processed.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact customer support at the provided email to initiate a return.
  • Include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email.
  • Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared.
  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product; items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges:

  • Customized items, gift cards, and sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
